A short description of Companies (does not go in depth to Private and Public Limited Companies).
A company is a business organization that exists as a distinct legal entity, separate from its owner(s). This legal separation allows the company to engage in contracts and handle legal matters.
There are two main types of companies: private limited companies and public limited companies. For further details on each type, please refer to other notes in the POB Notebook.
