Flip-flops (Data, JK, and SR)

A flip-flop is a sequential digital circuit with two stable states, which can store a single bit of binary data.

Counters

A sequential circuit that records the number of occurrences of a specific event, usually in the form of a clock pulse.

Adders

A circuit that calculates the sum of the amplitudes of two input signals.

Multiplexers

A device that selects one input line from multiple input lines based on control signals. It merges several data streams into one for purposes such as storage, transmission, or processing. Most multimedia files consist of interleaved audio and video streams, forming a multiplex.

Communication system (Telephone network, Computer memory, Transmission from the computer system to a satellite)

A system that enables the exchange of information between devices like telephones, computers, and satellites.

Encoders

A digital circuit that performs the opposite function of a decoder.

Decoders

A combinational circuit with multiple inputs and outputs.
